A site you can use.

Our commitment

Extreme Apps Inc. aims to make Teslane’s website usable by people with disabilities. We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requirements. This statement describes the approach and available assistance; it is not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.

Keyboard, touch and screen readers

A skip link moves to the main content. Navigation controls, forms and galleries use labels, visible focus states and standard interactive elements. The gallery supports previous and next controls, arrow keys and Escape to close; focus returns to the control that opened it.

Pages adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom. You can use the text descriptions alongside product images, and the Support page contains answers without requiring you to play the video.

Motion and video

The website respects a device’s reduced-motion preference and offers a Pause motion control in the footer. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Product video uses playback controls and does not autoplay. Captions and a written scene description accompany the film.

You can pause or skip the film and continue exploring the same features through the website’s text and galleries.

Known limits and ongoing work

Detailed product screenshots are images and do not expose every control within the pictured app to assistive technology. Their accompanying text explains the feature, but it is not a complete interactive alternative to the app itself. Accessibility of external websites and media controls also depends on the service and browser used.

We continue reviewing contrast, keyboard behaviour, responsive layouts and assistive-technology support. Testing on a selection of browsers or screen sizes does not establish conformance for every user and device.

Request help or another format

Email support@myteslane.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page or information you need and the barrier you encountered. Your device, browser or assistive technology can help us investigate, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

We will work with you to identify a suitable accessible format or communication support and respond as soon as practicable. There is no charge for making an accessibility request. Feedback is handled under our Privacy notice.
