LESS MENTAL MATHS. MORE ROAD TRIP.
A good plan.
A better reason to go.
Routes, charging stops and overnight stays, together. You can argue about the playlist instead.

Fastest or fewer stops
Your time. Your stopping style.
Compare travel time, charging time and the longest stretch behind the wheel. Pick the fastest plan or trade a little time for fewer stops.

Charging networks
Pick the plugs that work for you.
Include Tesla, Electrify America, EVgo and ChargePoint where compatible. Your connector and adapter preferences help narrow the choices.

Charging stops
A useful stop is more than a pin.
Find a useful place to charge—and something worth walking to. Compare nearby food, walking times and opening information, then keep the stop that suits your trip. Availability and opening hours can change.

Overnight stays
Sleep somewhere. Charge somewhere. Ideally, both.
Choose a city, a hotel or a stop-by time. Filter for charging, amenities and the things that make an overnight stop yours. Adding a hotel to your plan doesn’t book a room.

Trip defaults
Your preferences. Already packed.
Set your charging style, arrival reserve, hotel preferences and food walking limit once. New trips start with your choices; you can still change the plan for a particular adventure.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
A few things to know.
Can I use chargers outside the Tesla network?+
Yes, Trip Planner can include compatible chargers across supported networks. Connector, adapter, vehicle and site access requirements still apply. Check the location details before you rely on a stop.
Does a charger marked available guarantee a free stall?+
No. Status depends on the source and when it last updated. A stall can fill or go offline after an update. Teslane keeps unknown and stale information distinct; it is sensible to keep a backup.
