Know the price, the renewal and the cancellation terms before you buy.

You cannot purchase a plan or start a subscription on this website. The pricing page describes per-vehicle plans in US dollars. A displayed plan does not enrol you, reserve a price or charge your account.
The final offer must identify the available features, vehicle allowance, billing currency, price, applicable taxes, billing period and any trial conditions before you confirm a purchase. Storefront availability and local currency prices may differ.
If you choose an auto-renewing subscription, the purchase screen must state the renewal period and charge. It continues according to the terms you accept until cancelled. Any trial or introductory price must also state when the standard charge begins. Do not assume that a trial is included unless the purchase screen expressly offers one.
Uninstalling an app, disconnecting a vehicle or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed through an app store. Manage that subscription with the service that bills you.
For a subscription billed by Apple, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review the renewal date and available cancellation options. Apple explains the current steps in its subscription help.
The confirmation shown by Apple controls the cancellation date and remaining access. If you cannot find a subscription, check which account and provider billed you. Contact us if you need help identifying a Teslane purchase.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, the billing provider’s rules and applicable consumer law. For purchases billed by Apple, use Report a Problem to request a refund. A request is not a guarantee of approval.
For help, email support@myteslane.com with the purchase date, store and a description of the issue. Please remove payment-card details and unrelated personal information from any receipt you send. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.
The one-time licence is a separate purchase option, not an auto-renewing subscription. Its actual purchase terms must explain the licensed scope and any material limitations. “One-time” alone does not promise perpetual operation of external services, every future feature or support for every future vehicle.
Buy based on the features and terms available at the time of purchase. CarPlay and Android are marked coming soon and are not guaranteed by a plan.
Where applicable, the app-store agreement and the licence presented for the app apply alongside the specific purchase offer. If Apple’s standard licence applies, you can read its Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
