Operator and scope

This website is operated by Extreme Apps Inc., Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us” or “Teslane”). These terms describe the permitted use of the website and its content. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website. Contact support@myteslane.com with questions.

These website terms do not replace the terms presented when you install, subscribe to or use the Teslane app, nor the terms of your vehicle, charging operator, hotel or app-store provider. The Privacy notice explains how website information is handled; it is not a blanket consent to additional data collection.

Teslane is an independent product of Extreme Apps Inc. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or otherwise associated with Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Product information and demonstrations

We aim to describe Teslane clearly and accurately. Screens, trips, prices in sample screens, vehicle readings and availability indicators shown in demonstrations are illustrative. They are not live information about your vehicle or a specific charger.

Features can depend on vehicle model, firmware, device, permissions, region, network connection and service availability. CarPlay is coming soon and depends on Tesla support; its demonstration layout and capabilities may change. A future-feature description is not a guaranteed release date. Any mandatory rights relating to product descriptions or representations remain unaffected.

Safe and responsible use

Plan routes, configure HUD Mode and adjust mounts or settings while safely parked. Mount a phone securely and in accordance with local law, without obstructing your view, controls or airbags. The driver remains responsible for the vehicle, road conditions and attention to the road.

Range, arrival charge, timing, charger availability and cost figures are estimates or observations that can change. Confirm important information with the relevant operator and keep a suitable reserve and alternative plan. Neither the website nor the demonstrations provide emergency assistance or replace vehicle warnings, road signs or the vehicle’s native instruments.

Permitted use

You may browse the website, share links and use its content for personal evaluation of Teslane. You must not use it to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, introduce malicious code or collect personal information about other visitors.

Public search engines and discovery services may index publicly accessible pages consistently with our published crawling instructions. That permission does not permit bypassing access restrictions, overloading the service or copying protected assets for unrelated commercial use.

Ownership and third-party material

Except where a different licence is identified, the Teslane name, artwork, interface designs, text and website materials belong to Extreme Apps Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our branding to suggest an endorsement.

Separately licensed material remains governed by its own licence. Nothing here restricts rights granted under those licences or rights that the law gives you. See Credits & licences for the attribution and licence information for third-party assets.

Feedback and correspondence

Send only material you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential information that you expect us to protect under a separate agreement. We may consider and use product ideas you voluntarily submit to improve Teslane without an obligation to implement them or pay for the suggestion. You retain ownership of your original material.

Sending feedback does not authorise us to publish your name or message as a testimonial. Personal information in correspondence is handled as described in our Privacy notice.

External services and links

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience or required attribution. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply that Teslane endorses every statement or accepts responsibility for that service.

Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Merely viewing the illustrative screens on this website does not submit a route or precise location to Google Maps.

Purchases and subscriptions

This website does not process payments, start subscriptions or charge a payment method. The Purchase & subscription information page explains how to review the applicable price, renewal and cancellation details before a purchase.

A marketing page is not a checkout confirmation. Where a product is offered for sale, the terms shown at purchase and any mandatory consumer protections govern that transaction.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free demonstrations or that every external link will remain available. We may correct errors, maintain the website and change or remove content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for information and evaluation without additional implied warranties. We do not accept responsibility for losses caused by reliance on illustrative data as live vehicle, navigation or charging information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these website terms, except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be displaced. If you are a consumer elsewhere, these terms do not deprive you of mandatory local rights or a right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive any class-action or collective rights that applicable law protects. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website changes. The revision date appears above, and changes apply from publication unless a later date is stated. Where required, we will give additional notice.
